1.1    In the event a problem arises in a transaction, the Buyer and Seller agree to communicate with each other first to attempt to resolve such dispute by mutual discussions, which GetEzy Asia shall use reasonable commercial efforts to facilitate. If the matter cannot be resolved by mutual discussions, Users may approach the claims tribunal of their local jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising from a transaction.

1.2    Each Buyer and Seller covenants and agrees that it will not bring suit or otherwise assert any claim against GetEzy Asia (except where GetEzy Asia is the Seller of the product that the claim relates to) in relation to any transaction made on the Site or any dispute related to such transaction.

1.3    Users covered under GetEzy Asia Guarantee may send a written request to GetEzy Asia to assist them in resolving issues which may arise from a transaction upon request. GetEzy Asia may, at its sole discretion and with absolutely no liability to Seller and Buyer, take all necessary steps to assist Users in resolving their dispute. 1.4    To be clear, the services provided under this Section 25 are only available to Buyers covered under GetEzy Asia Guarantee. Buyer using other payment means for his/her purchase should contact Seller directly.
