Policies

11.1   As a Seller on the Site, GetEzy Asia will provide Sellers with:

i)  marketing assets relating to shipping benefits;

ii)  the ability to offer shipping discounts funded by GetEzy Asia, to Buyers (“Shipping Discounts“); and

iii)  such other benefits as GetEzy Asia may provide from time to time at its absolute discretion (“Shipping Deals“).

11.2  The quantum of Shipping Discounts available to be utilised by Buyers is issued at GetEzy Asia’s discretion.

11.3  The Shipping Discounts cannot be applied to purchases of virtual goods, tickets, vouchers, mobile reloads & sim cards, One or Not GetEzy Asia Store products, fuel cards, gift cards and e-vouchers.

11.4  The Shipping Discounts can only be applied to orders that are delivered by a GetEzy Asia Supported Logistics partner and are always subject to availability.

11.5  GetEzy Asia may remove or suspend the Shipping Deals from the Seller at any time in the event the Seller is found to have exceeded the penalty points (under removal of shipping rebates) threshold permitted as illustrated in this Seller Education Hub article.
